Balance isn’t a Myth
Stop chasing “perfect balance.”
Here’s the truth: balance isn’t about doing everything equally, it’s about doing what matters most, right now.
In my new blog, I’m breaking down:
Why your routines are failing you
How balance really works (spoiler: it’s not 50/50)
A 3-step reset to rebuild structure that supports you, not strangles you

Planning with Peace:
Ok, so where did July go?!?
Like we blinked ... Then it was gone, and here we are halfway through Q3, and if you’re feeling behind or some of burnout creep in, you’re not alone.
The goals are still there.
The ambition is still alive.
But the momentum? … Ehhh, not so much.
This is where most people fumble: not because they lack motivation, but because they’re running on fumes trying to force a plan that doesn’t feel good to follow.
Let’s fix that.
It's the beginning of the month, and if you haven't made a plan for the month yet, now is the time.
We've got to stop creating plans that look perfect on paper but feel heavy, chaotic, or unrealistic in real life.
What I really realized is that: we need a strategy that supports the plan ...
It’s time to plan with peace ... Because when your month feels good, your results get even better.

Mental Clutter Is Killing Your Focus
If you're not clear, you're not focused.
Think about a camera, if the lens isn't clear, it's not going to be focused.
The same is true for you: if you aren't clear on what you're doing, then you won't be able to focus!
So if you’ve been asking yourself:
“Why do I feel so drained all the time?”
“Why am I always busy, but nothing’s really moving?”
Let’s talk about it.
Do you have the answers?
Because chances are, what’s draining you isn’t your calendar.
What's really draining you is mental clutter.

Still Off Track?
The 12-Week Year
This structure gives me just enough space to recommit without feeling overwhelmed by the rest of the year.
It's funny, I read this book a couple years ago and it wasn't really hitting for me when I read it.
But, then here I come realizing that I need a new, or different, way to focus on my goals, I came up with my own game plan for how to do it, then this 12 Week Year concept dropped back into my life ...
Well, with this quarterly game plan, it helps me reverse engineer it into weekly tasks.
& then, I can break that down over the course of the days within that week.
As I was doing my 6 month reset, I had to ask myself some tough questions and get honest with myself about the answers, I knew that there was more that had to change.
But that’s life.
And having a flexible, simple game plan meant I could pivot, without starting from scratch.
That’s the key: This reset wasn’t about scrapping everything.
It was about realigning.
Checking what was still aligned with who I am and where I’m going …
& then, letting go of the rest.

The Summer Productivity Myth:
Summer hits and suddenly we feel like we need to be doing it all: vacations, family time, personal goals, AND still staying productive.
You're still juggling deadlines, managing your personal life, and trying to stay on track, all while craving a little sunshine and stillness.
Here’s the truth: Summer doesn't mean you stop being productive. It means you shift how you approach it.
What if slowing down is actually the key to getting more done?
Here’s the good news: Summer can be the season for balancing productivity and downtime, without feeling guilty.
That’s why this month’s theme is Simplify Your Schedule, Simplify Your Summer — because productivity isn’t about doing the most, it’s about doing what matters with intention.
If you're ready to work smarter, not harder, and reclaim your time without falling behind, you’re in the right place.

How to Stay Consistent
Let’s be honest: staying consistent sounds great, until life starts to get busy!
You're juggling multiple responsibilities, you want to be consistent, you want to stay consistent ... What does that look like for you to do this?
I know that for so many women, the word "consistency" gets tossed aside the moment things get “too busy.” I mean, isn't life always busy? We say that we'll do things when life slows down, but are we speaking to a specific thing that has caused life to "speed up" or just the general idea of things slowing down?

Momentum over Mayhem
✍🏾 As we roll into May, let’s talk about something real: the chaos that creeps in during this time of year.
It’s no wonder so many high-achieving women are tired, scattered, and stuck in survival mode.
This month’s theme is Momentum Over Mayhem. It’s all about building consistency, creating calm, and maintaining your momentum without sacrificing your peace.
Here’s what we’ll cover this month:
Planning with purpose: Identify simple ways to structure your month that create clarity, not chaos
Creating routines that restore you: Find your rhythm in work, business, and just overall in life
Resetting without guilt: Understand why slowing down is a strategy and isn’t quitting
Maintaining momentum when life gets busy: Create sustainable habits that stick

Where Have I Been?!?
Where have I been?
So yes, I’ve been missing a little bit (ok, a lot of bit), but … I’m backkkkkk!
So where have I been?
What have I been doing?
That’s what this blog post is all about.
Let’s take a look back …

Let's Work Through it ... Stop the Rebellion

Let’s Prioritize Self

Taking Responsibility in Life

You Can do It … Put Your Mind Into It …

But … Because

Excuse Free … BOSS Status!
